The sleeve hitch is the Y shaped piece. A timed deck was not made for your 122 but it might fit. But buy the deck and do some horse trading with it for a correct deck.

I have a deck for the 122. So what would be a fair price for the timmed deck, the brinly trailer, and the rear blade? Why is it called a timmed deck?

Hello krhoover,
Its timed because the spindles are run from a cogged belt so the blades dont hit. The are side by side instead of stagger so the bladed overlap so you dont have a "mow" hawk in you lawn, lol.

Where at in PA are you located? I may be interested in a plow if he has one - if the distance is right.

If the deck is in good shape as you stated I would would think between 100 and 200. But if you find someone to trade straight up for a deck of equal condition that would be a good trade also. But make sure you get the correct mule drive also.

Here are the pics. I picked up the black back blade tonight. There is half of a tag on it but can't read it so don't know what the mfg is. Is the retangular tubing with the holes in it on there to add weight to or did someone add that?

The only ones I got so far was the Brinly plow and the black back blade, I can get the rest if I want or may be able to help someone else out who has an interest. If you do let me know, you can pm me and I can go into more detail.

I am going back up there today. So you guys are saying I should pick up that deck? Are they in demand, its not the money it would cost, but I just don't want it sitting around in the weather as I have enough stuff shoved in my buildings now and no room. What would be a fair price for it?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
