1450 newbie
Good Morning from Northern Michigan, I've recently become the proud owner of a 1450. This was acquired as the result of a friend needing something I had and me just being nuts about old lawn tractors. My friend is happy with the trade, however, I'm beginning to feel I got the better end of the deal. I stumbled across this site shortly after bringing her home trying to find information about a few of the problems she brought along with her. Broken hydraulic lift lever, front wheel bearings SHOT, engine smoking and loose on the mounts. Is the 1450 considered a LT or a GT? Looking forward to learning from those with experience with these fine machines. First pictures beginning the rebuild, sorry about the cluttered garage, lots of projects.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
