I am not sure what I missed!
Have a great time learning and exploring our mutual national heritage. Our history is a treasure to absorb and learn from. It's people like you who keep it alive And make it relevant TODAY for the next generation to learn from

Did'nt know they offered Segway tours. Thats a great idea. Most all the hiking and battlefeild trails are paved,so that should be pretty cool.I just remembered that the Eisenhower farm is adjacent to the battlefeilds too. Gettyburg is both thought provoking and tranquil at the same time. Have a good time.

I imagine you can stop and pull out a picnic lunch with the family wherever you will, parking willing! I recall many trips with my cousins and grandmother to the battlefields in Natchez, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, and other Southern forts. We packed for the day and soaked in the history.

I am getting the itch to go back to Gettysburg!

I am leaving tommorrow to go down there for a PA State Moose convention over the weekend. It is being held at the Eisenhower Inn, thats were I will be staying. Some of the guys I am going with have been down before and liked the museum down there. I am hoping to find time to check it out. Any other Moose members on here going down to the convention or belong to the Gettysburg Moose? We will be visiting that Club also.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
