Not much snow to play in here in central PA this year as with most cub owners I had a plan if it did lay down the white stuff. Last night I heard the spring peepers starting to call out.

I'm way behind as usual this year. Still had a 1/2 cord of wood or so in the garage that needed to go back to the woodpile till fall. So of course I put the Super to work! It doesn't have any problems handling my old M416 military trailer with a full load of wood on my hilly place. Going and stopping are not an issue with the filled tires. As usual this is as close as I get to real action photos without someone to take them for me.

Glad to hear you're liking it AC.
No worry's Bob, She's been running real well since I finally got most of the bugs worked out. I'm sure other issues will arise but we'll deal with them when that happens. It is 26 years old! |

I leaned over the deck rail the other day and saw my 1872 parked a story below and liked the view so I thought I'd take a couple of pics for you folks to enjoy. We don't get to see aerial views of our tractors very often.

Thanks, They are stock sized 26x12x12 Tru-Powers. I think the square shoulder makes them look bigger.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
