Kayak I recently had my PTO off to repair the bearing at the front and do not recall that you can just change the pulley as if my memory is correct the pulley is part of the whole front of the PTO. That may be why you cannot find a part number for just the pulley.

That 6 inch pulley will certainly do the job. My 451 will throw up to 25 -30 feet.
