Lubrication is a problem with compressors, because most don't have their own lube system. You will find this problem with air conditioning compressors, such as the York, as suggested previously. Perhaps considering an electric air-sounding horn is a better alternative. Just a thought....

Actually, that was the exact reason why I recommended the York. It has it's own on board oil storage inside the housing.

If you look at the guts of one, it is similar to a K-series engine: splash lubricated, single piston flathead air engine (except it uses reeds in lieu of valves).

On both rigs I ran these on, I plumbed the exhaust side with braided stainless hose to deal with heat (the units make HOT air) into an oil coalescing filter, with the oil fed back into a port on the York body (the piston rings are not the greatest, so doing this helps keep it from putting too much oil into your air tank and running the York dry). Then a pressure switch, plumbing to air tank, distribution block, and I ran 4 ports: Front & Rear of vehicle for plugging in air hose for tires/tools/etc), then 2 ports to switches to run air/electric solenoids. Worked great. I still have an air horn off an IH semi that I wanted to plumb in, but sold that project off. Maybe a semi air horn on my "not-so-quietline"
