Any hardware store/farm store/auto parts store, etc. should have the bulbs. Don't waste $$$ buying them on ebay...

Thanks for the comments guys,

johncub7172,

I don't know if I could ever cut holes in an original part... I got that blank panel from a 107 or something that I parted out several years ago. I almost never cut/drill/modify any part on a tractor, I get another part and cut/drill it, then I mark the original and put it in the attic. My Daughter is really gonna have her hands full when I die...

Y.S- that was a good idea you shared with us! i get it now. i too will never drill, cut a cubby! but on the 71, i had to expand one hole.....where the hood meets the steering pedistool.....are 2 rubber bumpers. some how one slipped out. i was very lucky to find it. for the life of me, i could not get it back in place....i knew for sure i'd destroy the hood bumper. these h.bumpers are on the s.pedistool.lol!

here is another pict. of light bar. on the right, you can see how much oil was coming out of muffler along with what was coming out of the small hole form behind on muffler.

Default Headlights on my 70

I cut two holes in my headlight panel and used a set of rubber rings from a Cub Cadet 1250 headlight set. That way I did not have to worry about adding threaded studs for metal rings. I'm not concerned about it being correct since this is just a worker and not on display. They work great and saved me some $$. Just wanted to light up the area when blowing some snow (since it gets dark so soon here in Ohio during the winter). I'll get a photo and post.

Default Model 70 lights from QL grommets

Here's the photo. She's not the cutest girl on the block but she's a real help when the snow falls.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
