My uncle had a simplicity two wheeled tractor that had a cart with brakes that looked a lot like that . his orgenaly had a removable bench seat

so after doing some searching around, the closest thing i can find in terms of looks is this old style sears garden cart from 1964. still doesn't explain the brakes, but then again it's just an old brochure pic I'm borrowing from Vintage Sears Garden Tractors.

Don't know any thing about the cart , other then it's cool .
Thanks cad i needed some fire wood when is it being shipped !

The Sears cart looks like a Jackson cart that I had in the early 70's. It didn't have brakes buy the latch & gate were the same.
