That would be great. It looks like it would be easy to make them. I see where the attachment points on the mower are.

They are about 4" long x 2-3/4" wide x 1/4" thick. You can see in the pic that they are notched at the top too.
The holes are 1/2" in diameter also.
Hope this helps.
PM me your email address John and I will send the manual.

Nice score on the Sickle bar mower.
Is the bar seized up?

My straps do not look like yours Mike. Mine is a 402 D

Congrats on the Haban!
I find that if I bring it up that I have yellow fever I get people giving me stuff. Besides the mower, I have had 3 Cubs given to me and I have picked up a lot of extras just by asking if anything might go with the tractor. Doesn't hurt to bring it up when you meet people..

Some must think I am crazy and I can see that sometimes they think I am a little daft, their eyes just glaze over and move a little away in case it rubs off...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
