They predict a huge snow storm here! 20 inches! We got NADA! But it's bloody cold! -13F , if you consider the wind it feel like -30F! I haven't repair my snow thrower yet on the cub, the kerosene heater in the garage can keep it warm.

I seriously consider buying a new sub compact tractor for next year, I take a look at the SC2450 Cub Cadet/Yanmar and I'm not impress.

Where in New York are you located? Those videos were neat - can't say I have ever seen a video inside one before. Where did you grab that snow cab from?

Sam I like the MF GC2410 and GC2610 (1710/1720) even more but I will take a closer look to Kubota's !
It sad Cub Cadet don't offer anything anymore. MTD customer services kill it.

I wish my thrower work good has yours guys, the 2ph snow blower for the SCUT is pretty expensive.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
