I'm thinking:

Center Cap $60
Clutch arm $100
6 pin driver $100
+ shipping (cost only)

But quantities could help that.

A shifter handle for a wide frame with the shift pattern on the end would be pretty cool.

Yeah, give me some basic dimensions, big diameter, little diameter, overall length, hole size, maybe size of shaft it is going on. Then, i'll show you a 3D model before I make a real one.
