No damage to the lawn. These things don't turn sharp enough to do any damage. My reason for getting the tri ribs was for steering ease. And they do steer much easier than the v61's I have on my 782.
And I think they look cool to. They are more expensive, but speed cost money, how fast you want to go?

Mine do not tear up the lawn. After installing mine, it is like having power steering. Yes, they do work really well in the snow/tilling.
