No. But in all fairness they don't cost as much as the ones that lasted 50 years did when they were new either.

"5 Year Frame and Front axle warranty."

"Plus, we've raised the bar against any competitor by offering the strongest warranty in the industry."

Next up, raise the bar some more with 10 year warranty on the wheel rims.

If they got a "Low hour self grenade" Kohler courage or a "Failtek" B&S it more like 50hours...

The Kawi can give them a larger margin but the crappy K46 is the one I will not bet a penny on for more then 5 none abused years....

I'm not trying to be an idiot or anything and correct me if I am wrong but If you look closely you can see (or at least I can see anyways) the belt guard and black pulley, which I think is mounted to the cast aluminum soundly right below it, which, I do have to admit, does look distinctly like the ground in this photo.

I doubt it will last 50 years. I've never been a big fan of these new "big box" tractors (Cubs, Jd, ect.) I one traded a 111 JD for a 1200 cub cadet. The guy said. I wanted something newer. Sorry I don't deal in or with newer tractors.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
