I like the simplicity of it, just bolt the darn thing on! No complicated mount, brace, etc. Now all we need is some snow and pics of how she does! Who knows, you may have started something here

I may get to use it before the snow comes,,,,,,
![]() When I have tried to push LARGE amounts of leaves, the leaves just spill around the end of the blade. The wing may help in moving the leaves,,,, ![]() |

I think you need the smallest blade you can put on that machine since you are always looking for more seat time. Everyone on here knows that you love to use your equipment. I know it doesn't bother me to take a few extra passes to make it look perfect.

That what I want to do next year. If I take a load of swept leaves to the burn pile every time I get a load, I spend more time making a path from front to back then I do sweeping

Could use a old mud flap off a semi or dump truck to make a wing, or the sidewall of a tire cut out.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
