You could put your torpedo heater and your generator in a wagon, then hook it to the back of your Cub and blow hot air on yourself as you move snow.

My friend made his own heated vest for riding his motorcycle in the winter. He stitched phone wire into and old shirt attached it to a quick connector and added a fused connector on his bike. He regularly rides in the 20-30s if it's sunny out. There are plenty of how to's online to help figure out amp draw using ohm's law based on your wire resistance and length. You can shape the wire to anything....even a steering wheel.

I imagine this is how you can make one. It is sort of a super duty diaper.
  1. Trap water crystals between two layers of fabric. Stitch in a grid pattern so they don't slide to one side.
  2. Wet the crystals and put it into a leakproof bag. A freezer zip lock may work.
  3. Heat.
  4. Slip that into a padded cover so you don't cook your butt.

As with most half baked ideas there are a few problems to work out.
