Not trying to beat a dead horse here as I've already decided to go with the Tru Powers since they are so much cheaper on Amazon, BUT I happened to stumble across these pics from another IH CC site and thought I'd share. Looks aggressive!

Cool Ya, they do look kewl!!

I would say they would be fine as long as you don't have a Cat 0 on the back. Your lawn may not be fine tho!!

Just wanted to thank you guys for mentioning the prices for Tru Powers on Amazon.
Been thinking about getting another pair, but hated to cough up the coin for where I got the other set. Took the only ones I had off the 1650 and put on the 782 this past winter.....so I "needed" another pair to replace.
So thanks to you, their on the way, total savings of $53 and change.
Happy, happy, happy...

Ahemm! I mentioned the price at the first of the year.

Of course I have one 8 ply and one 4 ply for the price of two 4 plies. Thanks Amazon! I still haven't figured out which side of my a$$ is heavier!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
