I understand. Is it stamped k301 though? Some are k301 blocks but are bored from factory k241 size.

there's a bit of messing around to keep a 10 hp stroke and a 12 hp bore, the wrist pins are different sizes. not as easy as it sounds. you can sleeve it if it won't clean up. best thing to do is have it measured. anyone that bore's should be able to tell you what needs to be done. allot of times when you see the top ring the top of the piston is worn away and makes the bore look worse than it is.

i figured if the top of the piston was worn badly i would have noticed it when it was top dead center ill figure it out main thing i was wanting to know is if you can sleeve them a local lawn mower guy told me he was pretty sure you couldnt sleeve them
