I found a 154 owners manual in some stuff I bought and there was a section in it about transporting it. Where to hook is irrelevant to cadets but it stated to over inflate the tires to keep bouncing to a minimum.
Like Tim I use a clevis on the back then I hook to the foot rest bar( like where the front blade pushes from)

Something I always do on a Cyclops is to keep a small strap and wrap it vertically around the tractor toward the back of the hood to keep it from flying up. I do this no matter what direction it is loaded. Aside from that, I put a strap around whatever axle is to the front and around the railing of the trailer. I've got several hundred miles of towing this way without a problem.

One thing my brother taught me (about bigger tractors) is to haul it outta gear, that way if something happens and moves, it won't accidentally start itself and drive itself off a trailer. Never thought about that. Not really an issue if you've got a hydrostat.

I think he is talking about a magneto ignition with a momentary contact stop switch.

Or a diesel. On my JD the fuel shut off creeps back down.
