I like it myself. From the looks of it this was done a really long time ago, probably before anyone cared much about restoring a Cadet. I imagine it would work well if there is a pivot on the front axle, doesn't appear to be one. Maybe some one will pick it up, get it running and display it---bound to get lots of attention!

I'll bet it was used as a lawn roller instead of for asphalt. You need a water spray to roll asphalt or it sticks to the drum.

It already has that on it. That is why the gas tank has been re-purposed with the cap off of it. It catches rain water or can be quickly filled from a garden hose and dispense water out of the trough going to the roller. Anyone who can engineer that can think of anything! Just don't slip off of the seat or you might be singing soprano the rest of your life!

It's not the worst cobble job I've seen, kinda grows on ya! Lol least they didn't cut the frame of a super in half like in the other post! Now that was horrible!
