I was looking up another part for a 129. Serial number 481999 (August 1973) was the last PTO clutch that did not have a brake. The first IH Cub Cadet with a PTO brake was serial number 482000 (August 1973).

You are really good Dale! I have that brake style on my 169 and two 108's (all 1974's) and a 14 hp, but not on my 149 (1973), so that's why I thought '74. I am not as resourceful as you are. Thanks!
