I'm with the majority, keep it original in color. YOUR 108 turned out so nice, why ruin a good thang?

Yea but white and yellow is so easy. There's an old bodyman saying "if it ain't right paint it white" simply because its almost impossible to see flaws in white and yellow is the same way. With red you really have to have everything perfect because it will stick out more, if I do decide to paint it red I'm going to try to find a frame tag from a CCC made 982, I actually already have some calls in to used parts suppliers looking for one.

Tim
It was only overstated by 10980. LMAO J-Mech and I had a little fun. I changed it back to the correct number.

I have a 1211 that's going red. If I can get custom decals maybe a 1288? Like to do the paint and grill like the 2072.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
