Here's a little update. We fired her last night and it ran amazing. Started in 2 cranks. After we shut down, and looked around. There was a puddle of oil on the frame and the floor coming from the front oil seal. Now I know this should be in the engine section of this site, but I'm still going to ask. Where should the oil seal sit? Should it be flush with the block or a 1/2 inch onto the block. It's a k161 bored to k181 specs.

Pretty much flush. NOW do you mean the front of the tractor front seal, or engine which is the rear of the tractor?
