You have a nice have fleet there DeltaCub, your 1450 looks fine, so if I add up the numbers you should be 39 years old!

Nice lineup Frank!
Looking good there Jay!

Dad built that bumper years ago... He grew up farming and my grandfather always made sure that all the tractors had some sort of protection for the front sheet metal.. It doesn't really have a special purpose but I have bounced it off several pine trees over the years.. It has saved the front of the tractor several times. We also used to haul this tractor quite a bit and used the bumper to tie the front of the tractor down on the trailer.. it's quite stout!

If by calling that machine "beat up" is a means to make the rest of us feel bad about our machines.......
Just teasing. Seriously, that's a nice looking worker. Yeah compared to the others you are in process of making trailer queens out of it looks rough, but for a worker, it appears to be a nice machine. Heck, with the exception of my 2072, all of mine looked worse than that when I got them.

I bought a nicely equipped but ugly as sin (painted Smurf and Amoco blue) 125 this past spring. Removed what I wanted from it and took it back to the auction.

John, I was thinking the same thing! That 1450 looks pretty darn good! if it qualifies for a beat up worker I'm not too sure how to classify some of my turd tractors!

LOL...There was some "yeller" on it somewhere and not just where the dog lifted his leg.

You can see a glimpse of it behind this 1650...It was so ugly that I stored it behind the barn

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
