Thanks for the comments, I do not think I will try to paint it, I will try to get it running though.

If it smokes or needs engine work, more likely I will use it as a parts machine so others can live.

Wow, an 800!! It looks a lot better than the blue one that I got....guess someone thought mine was a Ford. Glad you got it Uncle Lewy!!! It has the muffler and air cleaner shroud. I would have been glad to land that find and I am glad that someone in the family did!!! Any word on the missing wheel weight?.....Some parts wear out or get lost, but only one wheel weight?

The wheel weight was lost in it life, so I now have even stacks of weights, as one one missing from another pickup.

It looks a lot worse in person. The rust is like barnacles on a boat, Even the starter switch is seized.

I was going to work on it this weekend but I got a Don Jeere 210 with a dozer blade for 150, just needs a carb clean and fix some wiring issues.
