Todd,
I prefer blasting when it is cold,keeps you from overheating, in the summer with the hood,mask and heavy clothing,I don't get a lot done. I notice when the air is dryer in the winter there is more static electricity. Keep up the good work ,take lots of assembly pictures so others may follow your progress.

Todd,
The parts you blasted look really good! Cant believe you bundled up and did that outside. Nice work. This is going to keep you busy for several days now that these major components are cleaned. Your 100 is really coming along nicely! It will be a great looking machine. Great pictures too! Regards, Chris

Thanks all.
Picked up some things yesterday, the creeper vent and axle shaft (pin), also my dealer thought I needed a new hat, always, especially a free one  . This morning had some time to work on the dash tower. Used the DA and removed primer on the spots I welded up earlier, mixed some mud and filled in the imperfections. Sanded then prime, sand fill, sand prime, you know the story?Getting closer to paint.

Tower looks very good! That new pivot pin will tighten up the front end too. Thanks for posting the pictures. Your making some good progress on the 100! Hope things are good in WI. Regards, Chris
