I've used it a couple times and so far I'm very happy with it. Just my 2 cents but I think it is worth looking at. It could also be set up to pull on the factory lift with not to much work.

Thanks for the comments guys. It was a fun build. It may get a set of wheels and tires of a Super. Thinking with the larger tires, filled and some wheel weights it should have enough grip to get the job done. Or break something expensive.

Revisit
Just found and read this thread through, with great enjoyment. Being an engineer (cobbler) at heart, This dinged my bell. Detroit, nor Louisville, ever built anything, exactly as I would have, because, they did not ask me first! Hope to begin some "upgrades" to my 149, this winter.
Thanks, for the running commentary and pictures, on the build. Would be great, to have a update, long term evaluation, of the finished tractor.

About the only thing I've changed on it was to add a set of wheel weights. I plowed with it a while ago, it did a great job. The winch for the hitch works outstanding. It's one of those things that will get very little use. It and the 149 are only for plowing and tilling the garden. Most normal people have attachments for there tractors, I have tractors for the attachments. But then again I'm not normal.
