I have been batteling frozen and busted water lines all weekend! Went to start wifes van and let it warm up so she could run over to grocery store and realized the condinsation dripping from tail pipe was freezing as soon as it hit the gravel driveway!

We're getting here now (east of the Quad City Area by about 50 miles). Came down good this morning but has slowed down. Going to go out and beat a path now then go out when it finishes later today and get it good and clean.

No snow here. All we seem to get is freezing rain and sleet.

Well today has been entertaining. Got about 5" of snow, then a little freezing drizzle. I had planned on waiting till tomorrow to plow after the rain that they are calling for before I plowed. Well my generator decided that today was the perfect time to develop a problem. I have a Generac 20KW standby generator and it does an auto test every Monday at 2:00PM well today it wouldn't start and it showed a low voltage failure code. Called Carolina Generators at 2:15 and told them we have a problem. Went out and plowed the drive so that they could get in to fix it and they were here at 3:00PM. Found that the control board took a crap and had it fixed by 4:00 PM talk about outstanding service.

About 45 min south its supposedly snowing so hard you can't see your hand in front of your face and its heading this way, I'd be a little more excited about it if my dad wasn't on his way back from New York picking up a tractor.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
