Today I got the 100 out of storage and I am getting it ready for plow day in P.A.I put a new head gasket on this last year and re torqued the head once,I did it one more time today.Next time I will use new head bolts...
I know the hood says it is a 70 but that hood was better than the one that was on it.First I have to take off the 48" deck and put a 3 point I have for it.Put on some weights and chains and I will be good to go.

Thanks for pointing that out,but its not missing. The bolt sits behind the lower bracket, which is correct according to the manual.

Duke, you're not that far away and I just hate to get out my tiller with handle bars when you have the big easy

I have attempted to clean up my shop a hundred times this winter and everytime I go out there I see something that "needs" to be done.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
