wow that is sweet. ive spent many hours behind a 1066 and even though im a John Deere man, it was a sweet sounding machine. let me ask you, what do you use for rear tires and rims? and do they directly bolt onto the stock cub cadet hubs or do you have to make custom hubs for it? it looks awesome. id love to have one.

Thanks guy's. I have thought about an 88 series tractor. I've actually drawn up plans for someone, but they didn't have me build one. The '82 series would make a nice '88 series, but a scratch built one would be more accurate.

Attached shows how I mount the rear wheel. I use 16" x 8" implement rims and make "hub extensions" to mount them.

Awesome work as always Kurt! I've spent many hours on a 1066 working ground and baking in the sun. Dad sold it several years ago and I still miss that tractor.

When I got my Yellow 782, I originally planned on painting it to look like a 560. You took it way past the next level
