Thanks guys. still has a way to go. Talking to a guy up the road about it and found out he has a dual spool valve off a 982 he'll sell me if he finds it.lol Then i can run some outlets to the rear for my 3pt blade i made and cylinders on any future projects. Looking at the exhaust, wondering if anyone has ran a stack out the hood on a quietline before? Any pics you may have would be appreciated. Also found out how the light panel on these was made and looking i think i can make my own with some lights i have thatl look about like stock. Been looking at my pto switch (since im not putting a pto on it) for other uses and thinking making it to run a 3pt sprayer in the future since its already there.

We gotten some done to the 1200. Did some wet sandind with 2000 grit and buffed it out i think its looking pretty decent for being original. Also painted the wheels, axle extensions, front top grill and feet pads just to help. Dropped the motor in to make sure my plate i welded in was right and everything lines up good. Hydraulics also came in today and got the cylinder on it. Have a lead on a dual spool valve so waiting to put one in until i find the price on that. Been looking at what to do for exhaust and finally decided to run a muffler up through the hood painted black. IH#2 from tsc i think it was. Any ideas you may have that would make it better let me know!

Picked up a dual spool valve and the handles off a 82 series tonight. Also got the motor cleaned up and put back together for the most part, waiting on a carb kit and for the breather im going to weld a fitting on and run it up to the grill with a filter on the end to keep the engine cleaner. Does anyone know why on the return line end of the valve there would be a T on it? And how come the fittings coming out of the valve for the cylinder and outlets are really small instead of the 1/4" like whats on a single spool? Also a pic of the 10hp my dads rebuilding for a 104 were in the middle of restoring.

Didnt get quite as much done as i was hoping tonight, had to make a run for some parts and work on the truck a lil. But i did get a different dash tin to cut a hole in and got the dash mounted back together and a new choke cable in. Also finally got the new axle pin and 2 bushings (had 1 before and homemade pin for time being) and WOW barely any slop in the steering now Thats my new breather filter i think im going to locate up in the front grill.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
