They also can't look up what tail light bulb is needed for a 1981 Ford pickup truck without knowing if it has air conditioning first.

Unless you let the air out of the tube, there is no space in the tire for the fluid.
When you pour the fluid in via the bead.

Huh? When tubes are used, the fluid is put inside the tube via the valve stem.
