Congratulations on your new tractor, it looks great! I was over in the IH tractor section, saw a post you made, and that your signature had changed. I was use to the 782 being there and saw the addition of this tractor.....had snoop around here to see what was up. Now you have to find some cat o implements for it!

Thanks, I have been looking around a bit, I really like the cultivator at xtrememotorworks.com
First thing I need to get is the A frame with a ball mount and a sleeve hitch adapter. That way I can still use some of my stuff and pull my trailer easier.

Thanks Mike, I am still learning about these things too. I am here to tell you, once you're on one it has a whole different feel than the standard GT's. Bigger, smoother, and the sweet sound and smell of diesel. At least my gut and legs appreciates the extra 6 inches of room,,

I'll post some pics of the 782 tomorrow. I was so busy when I got home I didn't get to play with it. I hope to be able to get it to a few plow days this fall. I won't be able to mow with it much since I'll be gone alot doing work stuff. Dwayne I hope you'll be able to get it to a few plow days. It's a beast in the field.

That's a beautiful tractor, congrats D! I saw the post that it was "sold" and thought for a minute there that you didn't get it.

The room on a Super compared to the regular GT is just NUTS I think. You could almost lean back and watch a movie on a Super if the wife would let you get it into the front room with the tv and a cold one!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
