Oak that is a great looking machine and a very very low ser # since according to my research the numbers actually start at 590.

With my son, EricR Super 2084 with 54" mower, 451 blower. 2086 with 3 pt hitch, 54 inch deck, 551 blower, 54 in brinly blade. A 4 digit original w deck. A 70 with deck. 2 102s both with 42 in decks, one with creeper, 1 36 inch IH snow thrower CW36, 1 42 inch IH blade. 149 with mower. 2072 w 3 pt hitch, Johnny bucket, 60 in mower, 451 blower. Jacobson GT 10 with mower. DR Lawn vac tow behind,Home made lawn roller. Brinly cart, 2 off brand carts and 1 home made cart.

Oak, they didn't have the bugs worked out of those early machines until after 1000, so you better sell it to me and I will retire it for you!!

There was an ad on Craig's list where a guy was searching to buy a cub with slicks. Not too sure that there were many with THAT option. He had a picture of it doing a wheelie. If I can find it, I'll post a link. Not sure of the history but, could it be?
Haha....The guy that I purchased it off of stated that he saved it out out of a salvage yard. He said that carb constantly leaked--I wonder why? He also told me that he put the slicks on it and was going to use it as a parade vehicle. I asked him where he was going to put his legs and he said, "I haven't figured that out yet." It was the only cub that I have been on that you would need a seatbelt just to stay in your seat! Sorry, but the Hoosier slicks have already been sold.
