Ok, that makes it easy to understand!
 So, your making the side you cut..Kinda rounded, to fit flat on the cross member?

Here is a drawing that I made that you can look at. I did not slant the steering shaft like it will be in your tractor but you can see the layout.

OK!!..Now that really helps!...Glad you posted that, I thought the bend would actually be bigger than 90 degrees, more like 120.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
