Adam, becareful what you wish for, This weather is crazy anymore. The day you left for home I plowed the drive. We got dumped on that day too. The short distance from my house to you're hotel 3" to 0" in 10 miles.

I'm 25 miles NW of Richmond, VA, and we've got about 4 inches of wet stuff on the ground now, almost enough to justify getting out the plow. It's still snowing pretty good. They are predicting 6-8 inches I think. None of my cubs have blades on them at this point, but Big Blue has a 7 foot blade that hasn't seen snow yet this year. I have chains for the Ford but don't put them on until we get more than a foot and that doesn't happen very often here.

Most of the snow melted yesterday afternoon which was nice and they are saying mabe 60 by sunday. I'm looking forward to the warm but not what's comming with it, (MUD) !!! I've gotta get a couple tri axle loads of limestone here real quick before it gets too soft so it can get worked down in when the ground soften's up. I'll be set for another 10 yr's ( I HOPE).

My mind is done with snow for the season. I'm looking forward to running the tiller and mowing grass again.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
