Sometimes they go faster than we want them to. It's alright though, there will be more. What is a k361? I've only heard of the k series going to k341 which is the 16 horse?

Kohler K-361 is a single cylinder 18hp with overhead valves, theres a box on top of the head like a Tecumseh OHV engine where the tappets and rockers are located. Its kind of an oddball engine that I have had on my list for years, I picked this one up for $200.

I have that Tecumseh OHV engine setting under my bench, I think its a 16 HP. I don't have a tractor for it and it should go down the road to a Bolens owner.

You did well on the K361. The cam alone in that engine goes for $150 plus shipping on the evil auction site. Where abouts are you at in MI Bushman?

I am near Petoskey, yesterday I drove to Rogers City-Alpena area to pick up the K361 and saw quite a few Cub Cadets and attachments sitting around. Farming is very prominent in that area and looks like there was a IHC dealer over there. There is more Bolens tractors up near Cheboygan than you can shake a stick at. Near Petoskey you never know what will pop up.
