Awesome fab work. I would only suggest that you think about running a couple supports to the rear of the tractor kind of like the older Haban plows had. If it was my tractor I'd add the SGT rear end brace being sold by Xtreme, it has the Haban mount already built in and it ties into the rear axle. Disclaimer I designed the brace. Holler if you want more info on what I'm suggesting and why. The wheels are way cool as are the front vents. Keep up the good work!

I opted for extremes Race Brace part # CC-98-033. There in the garage waiting for installation. I have the Extreme 3pt hitch that attaches to the rear trans bolt. The ones you are using would require cutting the 3pt or the support.
I have thought about the supports under the tractor and made allowance when I built the blade adapter. I may not need them, but better safe than sorry. |

I think I have a set of Haban mounts that I have no use for. I'll check, if you want them you can have them for the cost of the shipping. Just a FYI you can put the SGT brace on over the top of Xtreme 3 point hitch with a spacer that is the thickness of the 3 Point.

Sam
Thanks for the kind offer. The front bracket is my fab andi will probably do the same on the supports. Your Haben parts may be better used by the C C guys that want to keep everything original. Again thanks. |

No problem. This is what the Haban mount looks like, it's the white part. The second pic is the Xtreme version but with the mod to allow it to attach to the brace. Like I said if you want the OEM Haban parts they are yours. I'll never use them.

That is an absolutely great looking snow setup.
Maybe if you are expecting 4" of rain....maybe a rain barrel and pump arrangement? (Wiseinheimer mode off)

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
