I have been on S.S/medicare for about 10 yrs now. Of course I work just as hard as before I just do not get paid for it.

With my son, EricR Super 2084 with 54" mower, 451 blower. 2086 with 3 pt hitch, 54 inch deck, 551 blower, 54 in brinly blade. A 4 digit original w deck. A 70 with deck. 2 102s both with 42 in decks, one with creeper, 1 36 inch IH snow thrower CW36, 1 42 inch IH blade. 149 with mower. 2072 w 3 pt hitch, Johnny bucket, 60 in mower, 451 blower. Jacobson GT 10 with mower. DR Lawn vac tow behind,Home made lawn roller. Brinly cart, 2 off brand carts and 1 home made cart.

I'm 5 years away from medicare and two away from retirement. Sometimes I look in the mirror and wonder who that old man is staring back at me. I don't feel that old, dagnabbit!

Medicare eligible this month. Turn 65 next Friday.
I wasn't very smart and spent most of what would have been my retirement playing at a younger age. Enjoyed every minute of it too!
Didn't plan to fail......just failed to plan. Guess I'll work a while longer.

You are so full of crap I can smell you from here,

I'm at least 20 to 25 years to retirement but if my body keeps going the way it has been the last few years I don't think I will even see a rocking chair,lol.

Both me and the Warden (Wife) retired at 63, fiqured 50 years of working was long enough. We have been on Medicare for 4yrs. Best part is, I can pick and choose which days I want to go to my shop and do some work. The bad part is all these darn Honey do projects.

I retired in 05 my wife just last summer. We'll be doing something and just stop in the middle of a conversation and bust out laughing........both suffering from a major case of CRS at the same time.
Beer thirty seems to come earlier and earlier. But I wouldn't go back to work for anything.
