Some more pictures. I cut off the welded on seat spring from the fender pan and cleaned it up some, and threw some primer on it to protect it until I get around to painting it. I bolted it on to see how it looks. I like the original with fenders 100x more than without.
21-07-17 12-23-08 6132.jpg 21-07-17 12-29-56 6133.jpg I tried bolting on my extra set of 10.50x12 rear wheels but they hit the fenders on the inside. I need about a 1/4" spacer behind the wheel to make that work. The original tires are cracked real bad and the tube is showing through almost the whole way around in the tread. Both clutches are stuck engaged, the drive clutch won't release, and the deck clutch won't release. Two things I'll have to work out, but I might not deal with that until I tear it down to clean it up for paint. I found the serial number and researched it. It's 13718 and on another site it was registered to a Mike Toney. That's not anyone in my family, so I'm not sure where down the line that was.
