Nice pics Mrgeterdone. The 1568 is the sharpest International they made in my opinion. I thought they had a DV-550 International truck division engine in them.

I got a little snow practice time on the FEL after mowing the grass with the 1650. No pics of the 1650 but it got some great seat time on it today. I'll let the pictures speak for themself.

Great pictures guys!

Today, I installed the sleeve hitch on the 1811. Amazed at how much easier it was to install than the ones on my 105, and 1250.

Had to try a few small passes with the 10" to "test it"......

Pulled it really good, even without weight.

And lose loader time never!

Plus Allen will let me borrow his any time I need it. I just have to make the 6 hour round trip to get it.

Now that I've got a working mower I shouldn't have to sweep the yard but that yard vac is looking pretty good about now. Just have to go pick it up and that's only a 3 hour round trip to get it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
