Ever since I saw a 1050 on Craigslist with no headlights I've wanted to find a panel with no lights and it turns out the 1050 that alvy bought had it so we did a little horse trading and now I have it. This pic was taken after some minor straightening and a coat of paint, can't wait to get it installed. I'm probably the only person here that would remove light's.

Edit- here's a pic with the emblem installed.

My neighbor growing up had a 1200 with the screen panel (no headlights) and an IH emblem right in the middle.. I always kinda secretly liked it! Made it look kinda stealthy and tough!

DieselDoctor stopped by today on his way back from Virginia and we had a mini swap meet in my driveway... He brought me a mostly complete 100 for trade for a fender and hood plastic for his "not a parts tractor" tractor.

Yep! Steve had a beautiful set of fenders that will go on the 1782 along with a nice hood and decent nose. He also put a really clean seat riser assembly in the deal. I'm happy and I got to meet another OCC face to face. Thanks Steve!

Got some goodies for the 1512 today. The rubber bumpers and spring that goes under the seat. Also got a pair of IH wheel weights.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
