The plow is only going about 4" deep.
The engine pulls down and he starts to slip if it goes any deeper.
If he added another moldboard, it wouldn't pull it.
That is black dirt. No clay in it at all and it's tilled ground. (Tilled earlier in the year, yes, but it's not sod is my point.)


Here's a pic of Stever Blunier's 2 bottom. That's how deep it should go.
Note: He's in SOD. I've talked with him. He's says that 2 is about all it's going to pull. He now has a turbo diesel cub.... This is the only multi-plow build that I've seen that was done correctly and functions correctly.

I'm Mike D in the Glenn video.

Glenn builds his stuff to work. So many articulated or custom tractors that are trailer/show queens.

I have driven Glenn's deere articulated with the 3 bottom mounted, then the semimount. Also the Red tractor, all very impressive.

He now has a 420 deere with front wheel assist and a 25hp Kawi Liquid cooled, with foot pedal hydro too to top it off.

His articulated tractors have a LOT of weight on the wheels as someone mentioned.
