I hafta admit, Jeff was the reason I decided to make this. I figured if the hitch was built this heavy, the mounting plate needed to be able to take the abuse too. Thanks again to Jeff for a well built piece of equipment with a dose of inspiration.

I'm with you, Larry.. It's not often that I would be able to say this, but you'll break the cub before any of those lift parts from what I see. I would guess the mounting bolts or the housing are now the weak links.
I also took this chance to bend Jeff's ear about a few other things. I may have my own secret plot to unveil as well!   (nothing super cool... just trying to talk Jeff into making a couple of repair parts those of us who no habla welder)

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
