I have not gotten any firm commitments so I have not done any more on this. I'll need to order at least 6 so if I get commitments for the 6 I'll proceed. Only thing I did was to decide that if I make them I'm going to use a 6203 bearing because you can pick them up at TSC along with the 5/8" X 3/8" shoulder bushings.

I will see what I can do. I may end up purchasing more pulleys than I first wanted to buy. I certainly want two. I'm not sure about the other four. I will have to get back with you. BTW, the 6203 bearing is metric and the ID of the bearing or the OD of the bushing is 17 mm, not 5/8. 5/8 is just slightly smaller than 17 mm, so a 5/8 bolt will easily go through a 6203 bearing.

Did anything happen with this? Put me down for (2) pulleys if you are planning on making any.

I thought the OP was going to have sets machined that take the replaceable bearing? That's what I would like to get.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
