I'm pretty much dead right now. But it really was a good trip. I've been telling all my family about the cub "mecca" or "nirvana" whatever it is Mike has going there. You guys have to remember where I live. Before going to Mike's the only IH Cubs I had ever saw in person was an O, 127, 149, and Sof76. So now I can mark off seeing about all of them! So let's see I want a WF/QL/82 with hydro lift and front ports!!! Ha! It is really cool to meet guys face to face. So in less than a month I've met: Duke, Jude, Jeff, Eric and Mike!!! Woo!!!! And I've still got my wife's blessing for some more! Just nothing on Mike's scale.

We did come back down through whatever part of PA Williamsport, Harrisburg is in on our way to Martinsburg, WV to see my wife's grandpa at the VA hospital. He told me that the 149 is a tractor I need, so I guess that was his blessing. Now I just have to get it!

I'll post pics tomorrow... too tired tonight.

I thought seeing Mike was the mecca and not his cubs. It was great meeting you as well. You did as many miles as Jude did.

I'm glad you got his blessing on the 149! July 4th is another long weekend!

Oh ya, forgot to mention how Eric jinxed me! All his talk about what has been happening to his truck.... We were coming into Williamsport and all of a sudden this awful metallic rattling sound, first thoughts going down the interstate "oh crap!" Got pulled off the road and a tail pipe was flopping loose. Luckily I had a socket set and got it off and tossed in the back and wouldn't you know it about 60 miles later the other side falls off! Now I'm also hearing rubbing whenever I turn my wheels rear sharp one side or another. I just glanced last night and couldn't see anything that looks like it would hit the tires, so gonna have to check that out today too.

Duke, I'm pretty excited about the 149. I'm hoping I can get the Spirit of '76 too that he has.

I gotta mow with the 73 today too!!

Sorry bud, the good news is after all I had to do to the old girl this week she ran up there yesterday and never missed a beat!! Only 500 miles to go and she'll roll 300,000, .

I think you should just run down to the dealer and trade it in on a big truck, you can fit alot more cubs and parts in an 8' bed, hehehe!

don't worry, I made that clear a couple years ago that I'm moving up. Dad has a 3/4 ton and the FIL has a 1 ton dually. I can't believe what these guys are doing around here with these diesels and mod chips fuel wise. My wife has a scoobyru and it's hard for all 4 of us to ride in it now with the kids small. So I'm thinking crew cab long bed!

Awesome pics Gary! I can't believe that you've had your picture taken without a Michigan shirt on! But that one still meets my approval!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
