Well it is time to finish up this thread...
Motor is hooked up and runs fine posted a vid of it running,seems like the carb is still dirty,but I did not warm it up too much before vrooming it. Still have to polish the plastic and change the hydro filter but I have to get it in the shack where the heat is on as it is getting old workin' out in the cold. https://youtu.be/Wuh_xZCLjSo

I finally, after 5 months in storage, pulled it out and cleaned up the plastic and such, minimal mouse nesting which is good.
Installed the deck and cut some grass today. This will make someone a nice grass killer with the newer 18 hp Command in it.
