I thought I might chine in here and give my $.02 worth, which probably isn't any better than anything. But I priced a set of tires for my '40 Moline and they are 11.2-38 and 2 years ago, I could get a set mounted out the door for $500. Today, I can't get them for under $1200. When I asked my buddy who owns his own small town tires shop, he said the price of rubber has increased 500% in the last year and he said tires across the board have gone up. Got to love it.
As far as the decals go, the first tractor I thought of was the IH 284. I would think the hood decals may be small enought to get the job done for what you are wanting. If not, sorry for leading you in the wrong direction. Keep up the good work!
