And when you hit the post???? Dang that looks nasty!

I hear to get a self propelled type since you end up pushing on the handle and forcing the spindle cup to dig into the ground??? I have 4 acres and I need something better than a weekwacker!

TSC has these on sale for about $1500 gang one behind your Super but then you wont have enough time to finish a stogie.

Local TSC has one that was returned, looks like it's about 3 years old, think you can get it for about $700.

My dads old neighbor Jack, used one of those mini brush hogs under his 2 week old pvc fence, needless to say 8 new posts later he cut up plastic buckets & replaced 2 more posts, then finally got smart, hired a landscaping company , problem solved!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
