I work for Lowe's in the receving department unloading the trucks during the evening/ night shift, and just hit my three year mark with them. Currently going to college for an Agriculture degree. Avid (more like rabid) IH enthusiest, and use my 1811 for general yard and garden work for my self and others, my 123 is the back up tractor. Trying to start a business working on small engines. Just trying to do the best i can!

I have a small blacksmith/wood working shop - I specialize in making accessories for the home.
Unlike the machinists, I work with tolerances that are in the +/- 1/8" range!

For the last 13 years, I've been the R/H man to a sculptor in his foundry - he's 85 and still going strong!

My work is also my hobby but I've kicked around in all sorts of disciplines, had horses for 30 years, 14 years at an aviation museum, assistant scuba instructor, prepress, printing, commercial illustrator, farm hand . . . the list goes on!

My 104 is my only Cub - I bought it to just get the mowing done but it's turned in to such a sweet little tractor that it will soon be doing some of the work I currently use my larger tractor for!

I've been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. I have owned and managed a small HVAC company for the last 13 years. Looking forward towards retirement and having time to enjoy my hobbies which include my 102 Cub and building belt-fed semi automatic firearms.

I am a machinist by trade for past 20 years. Went into business with a friend of mine with tons of money, but now he lives life on credit, paying very little, and running a machine shop with me being the only machinist.... Im fed up. My life should be more than what im dealing with now. I am planning now to go to school for aircraft mechanic. Should be more fun than this. Did it long time ago working in National guard. That was horrible, since I wasn't turning wrenches actually.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
