Being that you're in Oklahoma, it'll probably be hard for you to find another deck, so I'd just get another spindle and complete the one you have.

Thats the chart I have but it gives 2 different sizes....38", 42" IH-473462-R4 -3/8 X 81" and 38" 954-3002 -1/2 X 72". which one is it? im guessing ther is a smaller belt that goes on the deck to all 3 spindles and then one longer one from the middle spindle to the tractor? but surley these are not the 2 belts?? thats where my confusion is. thanks.

No help for you on the deck. Only one I have is for my 108. There are some guys around that flip mowers, might have what you want. I'll do some searching for contact info for you. Give me a couple of days. May have to contact you about fishing in your area.

Went back thru the thread and looked closer at your deck. Very similar to mine which is a 48". I'll look around for parts. Do you have any of the spindle missing from the center in the picture?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
